Stroomuitval, beschadigde infrastructuur en netwerkstoringen kunnen een normale dag binnen enkele minuten in een kritieke situatie veranderen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In de fabriek van Votorantim Cimentos in Lugo \u2013 Oural (Spanje) legde een recente stroomstoring als gevolg van zware weersomstandigheden niet alleen de elektriciteit plat, maar ook het mobiele netwerk.<\/p>\n<p>In veel bedrijven zou dit hebben betekend dat vrachtwagens moesten wachten, het laden werd stopgezet en de planning in de war raakte. Maar bij Votorantim Cimentos bleven de transportactiviteiten gewoon doorgaan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Omdat de vervoerder de digitale vrachtbrief (eCMR) al op zijn mobiele telefoon had opgeslagen, kon hij:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De standaard laad- en verzendworkflow voortzetten<\/li>\n<li>Verstoringen en stilstand voorkomen, ondanks de netwerkuitval<\/li>\n<li>De leveringsafspraken met klanten en partners nakomen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cDe chauffeur had alle reisinformatie beschikbaar in de app, inclusief de ordergegevens. Na een telefoontje naar ons ordercentrum werd op afstand verbinding gemaakt met het SAP-systeem van de fabriek, waardoor we de levering konden genereren. Op dat moment werd ook toegang tot de eCMR geactiveerd, samen met de optie voor elektronische handtekening.<\/p>\n<p>Hierdoor konden onze activiteiten zonder onderbreking doorgaan \u2013 het laden en verzenden ging gewoon door.
