New enhancement enables structured data capture at every stage of the shipment within a single platform, strengthening operational control and compliance<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Amsterdam, the Netherlands, March, 11th<\/sup> 2026:<\/strong> Logistics technology specialist TransFollow has launched fully configurable digital questionnaires within its platform, enabling shippers, carriers and receivers to collect structured operational and compliance data from drivers at every stage of transport.<\/p>\n

The new capability, Questionnaire<\/strong>, allows companies to create customised forms that can be embedded into shipment processes<\/strong>, including departure, arrival, loading, unloading, delivery and mission completion.<\/p>\n

All information is captured within the TransFollow Drive app<\/a> and, when online, directly shared to TransFollow Portal<\/a> or via API, creating a single, centralised source of truth.<\/p>\n

\u201cTransport involves far more checks than can be recorded in a standard consignment note,\u201d said Eleonora Georgieva, Product Manager at TransFollow.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith Questionnaire, our customers decide exactly what information must be captured at each step, from vehicle inspections and temperature verification to damage reporting with mandatory photos.<\/p>\n

Traditional transport documents provide limited space to record detailed operational checks, and as compliance requirements increase, logistics providers need better ways to document vehicle condition, warehouse procedures, goods quality, temperature controls, safety checks and incident reports.<\/p>\n

TransFollow\u2019s Questionnaire tool addresses this gap by enabling structured, standardised data collection throughout the shipment lifecycle.<\/p>\n

The forms support multiple field types, including text, numerical inputs, checkboxes, dates and photo uploads, and fields can be set as mandatory to ensure required checks are completed.<\/p>\n
